- Work Order & Agreed Repair with Endorsement by Customer, Client, and Insurance Company Completed and Generated
- Car Rental Procured
   
Bodyshop - Phase 1
- RO is issued to Body Repair Tech
- Estimate is reviewed, Auto is dismantled
- Estimate is reviewed for errors or hidden damage on auto
- If needed supplement is generated for missed parts on labor & perstions
- Parts are ordered (approval required by insurance or customer)
- Customer is notified of job status when a supplement is generated
   
Paint Department
- Body work is primed & blocked
- All exposed metal is etched with a Chromate Primer to obtain smoothness adhesion and corrosion protection
- Car is sealed, color is applied, and clear coat is applied
- Car is baked
   
Bodyshop - Phase 2
- Body technician receives refinished vehicle for re-assembly
- After body technician is done auto is moved to alignment
   

Mechanical Department
- Laser alignment or mechanical operation is done to suspension
- All mechanical operations & electrical operations are completed
- If additional parts are needed then another supplement is generated
- Auto is returned to body technician for final inspection
   
Inspection
- Inspection is carried out by body department and paint department
- Auto is moved to detail department
   
Detail/ Clean Up/ Make Ready/ Final Inspection
- After details auto is moved to ready line
- Final inspection by management staff
   

Delivery Line/ Inspection By Customer
- Customer is notified of car completion
   
Customer
- Customer takes test drive then OK’s repair
- Satisfied!
